The missions of CIS Immobilier
As part of our rental management mandate, we take charge of :
- finding tenants
- signing rental contracts
- monitoring payments and accounting
- a private "owner" account that you can access from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. This account gives you 24-hour access to your booking schedule and details of rentals already made and options in progress. In addition, a notification is automatically sent to you by email each time a new contract is booked. This account also allows you to immediately block any week that you wish to reserve for your personal use.
- Welcoming tenants and handing over the keys
- inventory of fixtures and end-of-stay cleaning after each rental contract, monitoring your flat throughout the year.
- We take care of the routine maintenance of your flat, including replacing broken crockery, light bulbs, bed slats, etc.
- Our rental management contract also includes an annual end-of-season cleaning service at your expense. This includes, among other things, a thorough cleaning of the flat and bedding. The amount is deducted from your owner's account in January.
